16.5k in light to medium rain, I don't mind the rain for running but I'm getting tired of the cold/clammy rides home.

The conditions here are slidey snow over ice, as per usual. I had a bit of a set-back with The Foot a week ago, so I'm still doing slow 1½:1's. Thirty-five minutes today at WARP pace. Have a good weekend, and stay warm, all you Maniacs!

11K this morning but footing was not the best. At least it was a few degrees warmer...or less cold.

Lasted 15 minutes outside before the east wind sent me home with a headache. Then I grabbed some extra gear and made it to 13K. Stupid tapers: I can never tell if I'm on the verge of being injured, if I suddenly hate running, or if I'm just being lazy.

add me to the list of bad footing! First run from my new house - 19.4 km along the canal - some on the path, some on the ice, some on the road. All crappy footing.

Just an easy 5K for me on the TM. Was going to head outside but I looked at the footing and didn't want to deal with it, LOL.

16 miles on the recumbent bike in just over an hour and one minute while watching a chunk of the movie Bad Words.
