6 km completed outside (-14C). felt great. first run since last Tuesday.

7 km on the treadmill with some 250m hills thrown in. I've run a full marathon on the TM over the past 4 days. Deep chill, be gone!

family day was last week! :)

(for us, anyway... just gotta be different...)

anyhoo, I did 10k at burnaby lake. pretty day.

Switched it up...biked first (6.25 miles in just under 26 minutes) while watching Gotham, followed by Power 90: circuit workout level 1-2 (28 minutes).
