14.5K in the chilliness this morning.

much warmer in the NCR today so i gave my TM a break and went out for 8k along the beautiful Canal Rideau.

me too! but I did 12 km, and I had the stroller. Sad that my sense of temperature is so out of whack - it was still -23 with the WC when I headed out, but seemed positively balmy!

More treadmill. Too sloppy outside to be worth it. 5 km this time, midweek run.
Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track

A touch over 6K this morning. First run since race on Sunday and everything felt good.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

I brought my gear to run home from work but I'm exhausted after a crap sleep and a majorly annoying day at work so I don't know how far I will get.

I managed 6.5k, now I'm rewarding myself with beer and pizza at St Augustine's.

Planned a nice long run after work. Tripped on an extension cord at the end of the day and fractured my patella. No running for several months. I guess the hypothermic half is out this year.

Yes, I made a claim today. Knee is gross like a giant blue balloon. I also have an injury of the right wrist. Makes it hard to use crutches but I can weight bear in the Zimmer splint. I feel like a slug already!
