Snowing out, slippery streets, but there's always treadmill! Easy 20 minutes today; hoping to get outside for a nice long one tomorrow.

Well I actually braved the elements for 32k. It actually felt slow but fantastic! I found a loop I'm the nearby residential neighborhood, and stuck to it. Its snowing much harder now, so I'm glad its done.

I got outside today! It was about -24 with the windchill when we headed out, but it wasn't too bad. Snow and wind were picking up by the end, and it's really coming down now. Glad to get it done! 24 km, including meeting up with a buddy for the middle chunk, which was great. Longest run in almost two years - when I was training for Around the Bay in 2013. Since then, I've only done halfs, or I've been pregnant/with a new baby. Crazy!

Fabulous day here in Vancouver/Burnaby (I won't mention the temperature).

26k run, got to do a route that we haven't been able to do since last spring as they were replacing the sidewalks of the Second Narrows bridge. The new sidewalk is fabulous, now there is plenty of room for runners and bikes (which is goods as an entire peleton of about 15 bikes passed us mid span. I was wishing I had one of those little mirrors so I could have seen them sneaking up on me.

Good job down east(east of me) on getting out there.
It was cool and snowing pretty good this morning, which covered up the bit of ice we had left over from last week's freezing rain. 10.5K done with a few people

16 miles for me today. 6 miles on TM at home and then 10 miles outside while Amelia in gymnastics! Slippy out there but great temps.

So yesterday (Friday, Day 9) became a rest day after donating blood. I was just wiped out and couldn't work up the energy to do anything.

Tonight I made up for it.

Day 10

Workout 1: Power 90, Cardio 1-2. and Ab Ripper 100. Followed by.....
Workout 2: Power 90, Circuit 1-2.
