Roughly 8K for me in the greenbelt. The trails were packed down pretty good so there wasn't too much sliding, still tougher on the legs than the TM tough. It was nice to get outside, beautiful morning!

Good stuff Lisa!!

4 miles outside today for me. What started off as a great training weekend yesterday, didn't continue so well. Woke up at about 11:30 pm last night and was sick all night. Food poisoning is my guess.  Was going to ski today during Amelia's last lesson (she advised it was sunny and warm) and then do a longer run than this. Was not to be.

90-minute swim today with my group. Very tired out from that.

I was just wondering when the Chilly Half was. I ran it a few years ago, but it's hard for me to get to. Congrats, purdy65 and everyone else who got out and ran it!

Today was my first time outside in a while, and about time. Too much treadmill and TV. Everything's still a mess along Harbourfront but at least it's not too crowded! I got out for just under 13 km and just over an hour. My running distance is creeping back up. Yay!

You guys are so lucky. I am dying to run. My busted knee now bends and is not swollen. It is sore but not too bad. Orthopedic surgeon says I can cycle and swim so I am going to the gym tomorrow. I also have a fracture in my elbow which is painful but improving. My aim is to start running around April 1st. In the mean time I will survive by reading your entries....thank you!

5km mini-hike with a friend (dog mtn). It was snowing on top of seymour, raining below.
