Nice thought Habs!

Trying to keep it all positive, relaxed and stress free this week. So far so good, but we shall see.

My puppy woke me up in the middle of the night to pee, so he gets his walk after work tonight!

10 km easy with the stroller this morning - was sprinkling when we left, but then the sun came out. Lovely spring weather.

Tuesday is Bike day, just not sure if it will be in the form of spin class or a ride outside. TBD. I'm also planning to walk home from work.

Great run today! 10x400 at 10k effort with a minute in between of running, not walking. The last time I did this workout, I did 8, and I did them at 6:57/mile pace, and this time I did 10 at 6:53 and felt very strong. I appreciated a lot of good things today, the run being one of them. I had a workshop in the afternoon and was able to be home early enough to walk down to the library and back with the family, which was lovely. N is HILARIOUS in the library. It's a workout for him, as he won't stay still! BOOKS! EVERYWHERE! All for meeeeeeeee!

5k with the LTR group. I was thankful it didn't rain on us. I'm also thankful we have so many choices of pathways to run on and not worry about cars.

Last run with the clinic participants before this weekends SunRun. It was a very slow 33 minute run with 5 min w/u & c/d.
