Sunny Sunday
Rest day for me. Thought I could run a short one but nope, my quads say otherwise.
Fun watching Jacqueline in London though...she's crossed the 40K mark and getting faster!

Congratulations London runners!
I did another very hot 7k this morning. 26 in the shade. Tomorrow I think I will try the gym.

great stuff, JB!
20 km solo for me - ventured onto the river trails near our place in addition to the usual canal. a nice change of scenery.

3:30/120km Long Ride
40 minute/8.5km recovery run on the trails. 26 hours of swim, bike, run to cap off a pretty big week.

32K done. My little brother joined me for the middle 10K which helped to break things up nicely!

10k in the sunshine - snow was forecast yesterday but missed us out
Re: Sunny Sunday
Beautiful afternoon for 18K. Legs felt fantastic, head felt like I was drinking beer last night.
Re: Sunny Sunday
14 km along the canal this afternoon.
Re: Sunny Sunday
Way to go, Jogger Barbie!
I got out for a nice 14.3 km eastward over to the Leslie spit, decent pace. So nice to be running reasonable distances again!

Hello stranger
11.5 km along the waterfront and by the now closed Kingston Pen.
Good run...I'm amazed at how my running is coming back having not run one step from last October to Mid March...maybe there's something to this "muscle memory" stuff
