Rest day for me. Thought I could run a short one but nope, my quads say otherwise.

Fun watching Jacqueline in London though...she's crossed the 40K mark and getting faster!

I did another very hot 7k this morning. 26 in the shade. Tomorrow I think I will try the gym.

20 km solo for me - ventured onto the river trails near our place in addition to the usual canal. a nice change of scenery.

Km repeats for the last morning of tri camp. 15 min warmup, the 6 x 1 km intervals and cool down.

3:30/120km Long Ride

40 minute/8.5km recovery run on the trails. 26 hours of swim, bike, run to cap off a pretty big week.

32K done. My little brother joined me for the middle 10K which helped to break things up nicely!

Way to go, Jogger Barbie!

I got out for a nice 14.3 km eastward over to the Leslie spit, decent pace. So nice to be running reasonable distances again!
Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track
PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)

8K this morning at my son's place while the young 'uns slept in and nursed their hangovers. Good party last night.....long drive home today.

11.5 km along the waterfront and by the now closed Kingston Pen.
Good run...I'm amazed at how my running is coming back having not run one step from last October to Mid March...maybe there's something to this "muscle memory" stuff :lol:
