25 minute 1500-meter swim at 1:40 / 100-meter pace.

3-mile TT in 19:11 .

I had tapered somewhat for this day because I was seriously considering putting in a hard bike/run Brick workout in preparation for next week's Olympic. Then I woke up today and decided that I really, really didn't want to do a long hard workout on the bike (legs were still sore from thursday's 15km TT). Hence just stuck to a quality swim workout and one of my all time favorite run workouts :P .

Nice easy 9k with the Sunday gang, I haven't been for a Sunday run since the middle of May so it was great to see the gang.

30 minutes on the rowing machine. Finally got it (plus treadmill and flooring) back in place after cleaning up from the mini-flood on Wednesday.
