Sizzling Saturday
Sizzling Saturday
Its supposed to feel like 40 degrees with the humidex in the GTA this weekend. Managed to run 6 km before the heat started getting to me.
Re: Sizzling Saturday
When out for 4 miles, it's already pretty muggy out there.

9k this morning. I thought I'd feel like I was flying after running in Florida for a week, but it was a bit of a slog today.

18k done, much walking in the first 5k as I was running back up Ontario to meet up with the gang. Now back lazing in the first park soaking up music at the Folk Festival.

A muggy 5k done for today. I think the humidex was around 32. Others may have had it worse, but we've had such a cool summer so far that it felt pretty durn hot to me! Have a good weekend, all you Maniacs!

A little over 6K for me this afternoon and that was enough. It's supposed to get worse tomorrow, LOL. I might be calling in a break day.
