Yep, I didn't sleep last night, so I went for a run 45 minutes before I would normally (try) to wake up. 5.58 km in 38:58 at 5 a.m.

I went to an hour spin class, thinking about La and her epic adventure that starts today. Go LA go!

Good Morning!! Just texted LA to wish her luck and a safe journey. Its still quiet at the gym. Today I will so an open water swim, I think.

7.8 km to the pool. Nice temperature for running. Feels a bit cool when you're wet (21˚C and breezy), but that just means the pool isn't overcrowded! :D
