Lunch break run (before lunch). 4.8k on the waterfront, dodging the cruise ship visitors.

An unintended 14K. Wanted to do 13K but discovered that my IOS update had screwed up all of my Runkeeper queues so I had no idea how far I had gone - I was guessing. Found out at the end! I was going way faster than I wanted to, but it felt pretty good.

75 minute walk/run/walk this morning. Then my usual Wednesday 3 hours at LA Fitness doing one hour each of elliptical machine, strength training, and stationary bike.
