no run today but I'm happy to say that my ankle feels good after yesterday's run. The rest of me, however, is very sore! lol

Ran better today and test run a new pair of Hokas.

Close to perfect shoes! The traction could have been better. Other than that, great shoes for both trails and road. Very light and love the cushion. Looks amazing as well!

I give her 4.5 out of 5

Nice and sunny here in Van as well, there was a chilly breeze but any day it is dry is a great day in my books, Did just short of 10k in just over an hour.

Volunteered at the Downsview Airport 5&8k then did 8k on the treadmill when I got home. Really nice conditions for the race. A little chilly for marshaling though!

Lovely day for running here in downtown Toronto. Beautiful, sunny, 12˚C. Horrible day if you want to drive, thanks to the parade (and all the people who drive in to watch it rather than taking the subway or GO train), but fine for running! I did a nice run out and around Marilyn Bell Park and back, just over 12 km in just over an hour. Lots of people out enjoying it.

10K on trails. The next precipitation we get will be the bottom of the spring snowpack.

Sorry for the late posting! Was on training all week and just catching up. I did the telus mission possible 5k and loved it! It was great running on the golf course.
