Rode to the pool, swam 2000m, rode to work. Will ride home.

3 miles outside for me. Was able to work from home so nice to be able to get the run in early and outside after the work day was done.

Race week so just an easy walk/run/walk this morning and three hours of a low intensity workout at the gym this afternoon.

5km done, flat and easy again. I'm definitely feeling my lost fitness (and gained weight!) but the ankle is doing well so far. Just need to keep strengthening it.
