Only 88% humidity this morning. Hitting the track a little earlier, hopefully it will be a bit cooler.

Just an easy 7k run around the neighbourhood. Less easy than some of our usual Sunday runs since it wasn't all downhill :wink:

12k with my posse this morning. A little cool and windy, but nice and sunny!

I had a gorgeous late afternoon run today, nine whole kilometers! I haven't run nine kilometers since June, so I was very, very happy about that. :D

10 miles outside for me. Great morning, still green in Bradford. A bit of a wind in one direction only, otherwise sunny and nice.
