The moon was still up. As usual when I run. Hoping not too step on some dog poop.

It was a good run. Didn't forget to put on extra layer this time. :)

22 C 88% humidity, no extra layer for me
2 miles in 18:15 at the municipal track.

a quicker 5 mile run outside for me today. Still great running weather in Bradford, and no snow.

12k social run with my group. Nice and sunny and cool. :)

Another beautiful, frosty morning. Did 8k down to Deer Lake, thankfully no black ice on the road down to the lake.
Had to stop for a photo of frosty Burnaby.

11.7 km in the late afternoon. This puts me at ~55 km for the month. Not very much. I think it's been a couple of years since I crossed 100 km in a month. But I'm getting close to done a big project that's one of the things keeping me from getting out more.

PBs: Half-marathon: 1:35:32; 5K: 19:54 (both 2012)
