Double Digit Monday

Postby Habs4ever » Mon Dec 07, 2015 8:47 am

We are supposed to hit double digits again today for the high. Of course I won't be running when it does, but it should still be nice enough at about 9:30am when I do go.

Already double digits here but still quite unpleasantly wet out there. We had another bit windstorm last night.

45 minutes on the stationary bike at the gym for me.

We barely scraped into the single digits here, but there is no snow and the grass is still green. I did my at home workout, strength and stretches for an hour and twenty minutes.

Good day here as well. I had my normal Monday. 90 minute walk/run/walk in the morning and a three hour session at the gym in the afternoon.
