2015/2016 Resolution Threads Moved

Cleaned up the annual resolution threads. 2015 and 2016 are now moved to the NRR Forum where the previous ones existed and I merged the two 2016 threads. Followed IB's suggestions and un-stickied the 2013, 2014 & 2015 threads, plus made the new 2016 thread a sticky. There are links to the previous threads in IB's post in the 2016 topic.
