I'm getting ready to do my long run (16K), and then it will be football for the rest of the day!

Have a good one everyone.

We waited long enough for the rain to stop - just short of 4k run-walk with the clinic. I was going to run over to the clinic but I wimped out when I saw the rain.

It must be difficult to always have sunny weather for your runs! :)

everything tight/sore from yesterday so today i'm just walking and will be back to running in the morning! I only ran twice this week (and went to kickboxing twice) so I need a bit more balance this week.

14k treadmill. Too slippery outside, snow cover over the ice.
