Re: Kazoo Day Thursday
I'm away this weekend, so I got in 16 km this morning as a very extended run commute. Will need to run home, so that will give me 20 for the day.

5.5 miles along the canal.
Re: Kazoo Day Thursday
3.6 miles, which means it was on the treadmill – our treadmills are stubbornly imperial. Kinda gross and slippery out for running this evening.
Marathons: 1; 30k: 2; Half marathons: 6; Shorter: Um, I've lost track

Re: Kazoo Day Thursday
5.4 miles with runpub.
actually my first night trail run since my injury (yes, I'm still measuring things "since my injury"). I think I'm not quite ready for that yet... I was way too cautious and there were a few close calls on my ankle... maybe need to wait a few more weeks before technical at night. :/
