Tempo Tuesday

Postby purdy65 » Tue Mar 15, 2016 6:51 am

It was drizzly out, so I decided to keep my tempo run on the TM. It wasn't fantastic, because I didn't have a great sleep, but I still managed 12K with 5K @ tempo pace, and 2K @ MP.

Have a great day!

Just back from a lunch hour spin class. Have a strength session later this evening.

Attempted speedwork Tuesday: 6x200 felt good but then I reaggravated (in a minor way) last week's hamstring issue and jogged the rest of the workout for 11K.
