Another rest day here. By now I'd normally have gone to the gym and at least done a little elliptical and some core work, but work is busy, and my mother is visiting, and so the routine is all out of sync. Oh well...none of that will last. :)

14K on the trails this afternoon. With any luck, the weather will turn them to mud this weekend.

Had a high protein 6k run this evening. We ran through clouds of midges/ no seeums or whatever you want to call them. I was lagging a bit behind so the gals in front suffered the worst of the brunt of them.

6 mile TM run for me. I could have run outside while Amelia was in gymnastics, but didn't feel like running in the rain :roll:
