I'm done with marathons. I'm not doing 3.75 marathons back to back.

It is over 2 days.
Based upon my test run of 20 miles, I figure with a year of training the 100 K would take me around 12 - 16 hours if I can finish that distance. Then, 5.5 - 6 hours to do the 50 K "race". I say "race" but I am confident that it would go from run to jog to slog to death march and the only question is when each phase would kick in.
The weird thing is of all of my marathons, the 50 K race I did was actually one of the most enjoyable once I got into the "ultra" spirit. By now, friends, family, coworkers and vendors all have a rough idea as to how fast I can or was able to run a marathon. I was asked how fast I ran my last one and it was just under 4.5 hours and the almost universal reaction was, "oh, that's nice" with an either direct or indirect addendum about how "slow" that was for me. So when I first started to train for the 50 K race, I had a very specific time goal. Miserable, in constant pain and over whelming fatigue, that changed from I have to finish the 50 K in under "X' amount of time and it went to, how slow can I be and still have room for error in making the various cut off times. It did not hurt that when I told anyone about the 50 K race, there was never a question of how fast but just how psychologically damaged one has to be in order to run 50 K. This reaction included a couple of marathoners I know. The training went well after that. I enjoyed most of the race and post race, I never looked nor felt better. But 150 K is probably not for me.

If you're going to run 150k, just do the extra 10k and call it a 100 miler.

I agree! 150k is an odd distance.

150K for 150 years of Confederation. That was pretty obvious.

You do realize that you used "weird" and "ultra runners" in the same sentence, right?
