went well WEDNESDAY
Ha! My body doesn't feel the same everyday. Yesterday something was bugging me. Today, not a peep from anything. SO that WENT WELL: 48 min run outside (in the Houston sauna).

Cold & wet here - the story of our spring! I did 5 easy miles on the TM this afternoon. I've got an unhappy lower back - maybe my SI joint .... The run was mostly pain free but not 100% .
We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA
