Best wishes to FishPants on her 30k leg of the triathlon relay, and Ian on his marathon in Quebec, although he's probably done already.

20 K in mugginess. Got it done early though, so suffering was minimal. I'm so slow now though! A 2 hr half is going to be a challenge unless I get some real training in.

No race for me today, just an 11 miles long run along the canal.

Thanks, Habs! My cyclist figures he will be about 4 hours, so I should be running by about noon.

Ow, ow, ow...

I probably got a better result (2:56:50) than I deserved, but I suffered for it. Lucky for us, some cloud cover kept the temperatures down, especially on the exposed second half. Beer time!

11K for me this morning. Fairly humid out but overcast so that helped.

No racing for me today but I did manage another 5K walk....that's two days in a row.

Walking, Yoga, Soccer scrimmages and whatever else I can do
Hip replacement on September doing a variation of the None to Run plan
