Not fast at all here: about 8K on trails at about 7 min/K. A couple of us pulled one of the beginners on the XC team to a 45 minute continuous run, probably double what she's ever done before. Now I get two days of tapering with fingers crossed that I don't catch bubonic plague from the hordes of overstressed students.

Not fast for me but first run since Sept. 23. I was able to get in 10K at an easy pace without harming my left foot any further. It looks good to get back into my regular training regimen! :)

Not fast for me either. I wanted to get one more longish run in before I start tapering for my half next weekend, so I took off from work early and did 16K. Unfortunately, I had only eaten a couple of hard boiled eggs and a muffin for breakfast and I didn't pack any water with me on what turned out to be a surprisingly warm day with humidex values in the upper 20's. My legs were not happy but I got it done.
