No running today...changing things up and going zip lining and tree-top obstacles. Then it's on to Physio later

Winterman 10km - (1st in age group) - Feb 19,

Around the bay 30k - Mar 26, (Done)

10K. I ran in shorts and tank top :dance: loving this break in the crummy weather.

Yup, half way there. 5 mi.es done early this morning. I am going to have to switch to lunch time running soon cuz before work is just a bit too dark now.

I was able to get in a 40 minute fartlek run bracketed by my usual walks this morning. This afternoon, I had a dentist appointment to get a filling replaced. I disline visits to the drntist. They hurt and are so expensive now!

still resting! but my lost voice is almost back and my legs are starting to want to run again!
