Wet, windy, and cold this morning. I was able to get in a couple of hours of LSD running with my friend Janet.

Gorgeous fall day today, we ran around Deer Lake to enjoy the sun, fog and the views.
Our usual post run cafe lost their lease so we had to go hang out at the Food fare in the mall for our post run coffee. Oh well, at least there is lots of room for us.

Haunted Refrigerator? is it a thing?

GORGEOUS day for a run!!! 6.5K done. That makes three run days in a row, it's been a very looooong time since that happened. Feeling like I'm back in the groove.

Definitely a thing: get into the Hallowe'en spirit by exploring the dark corners of your refrigerator and cleaning it out.

I was thinking that haunted refrigerator was because Ian's beer was mysteriously disappearing.

A fridge with no beer is a scary thought.

I worked today so did 10k during lunch. I'm in between marathons in a short period so I'm not sure if I'm recovering, under training or tapering.
