Another 10K done, 31% less sucky than yesterday, although the -24 was bordering on unwelcome.

6K. Tried out my new Garmin today- very nice!
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

I'm confused, but I'm pretty sure I didn't sleep Monday away. No rushing the week!

that's so funny, I didn't clue in at all!! Must be because I'm 50 now.

6K walk on the TM tonight. I am also waiting for my new Garmin (230) to arrive tomorrow....

3.5k run/walk for me.
No one cares what I would do; therefore, I can do anything!!

I ran 42.2k; Let's see the other donald try to trump that

First run for 2017,managed just short of 8k in paradise (Kapaa, Kauai).
