I stayed in on the treadmill today. It's been so slippery around here, which is odd because it hasn't been warm enough to melt anything and then refreeze.

Wind chill -27 here too. Ran 4k and thought my eye balls would freeze. Probably shouldn't have tried to run past the lake with all the wind.
Went home and did some yoga.

-13 here, not too windy. I ran about 5k on our ice-covered streets. Somehow, as long as there is a skim of squeaky snow over that ice, the footing is not slippery.

4K uphill walk on the TM plus strength & stretch routine. Legs tired from yesterday's activities.
