The sun and clouds were fighting it out this morning and the sun prevailed.

Silly me for thinking that Habs had finally snapped and ended up brawling with some bratty teenagers.

Early morning 14K here, along with a delay for 100+ potash cars to roll through town on the CP line.

My usual excellent Friday run: outside, in a park, in daylight. Sunrise at Pine Gully was beautiful. I forgot my garmin so: 1 hour.

Snow flurries here -- not enough to stay, just enough to look pretty. No running -- I get a rest day! Tomorrow marks the end of my first week of running my plan. It wasn't much in terms of mileage, but I feel like I accomplished something just making a plan and sticking to it. Thanks Garmin, for giving me (okay, I bought the damn watch, but still) the tools to take away half my excuses. :-)
