Thursday never gets songs written about it...

... poor, unsung Thursday.

25 minutes plus warmup/cooldown. Happy that my pace was pretty consistent and my level of effort wasn't bringing me closer to death with every step.

Rest day tomorrow.

Thursday never gets [good] songs written about it... A Google search of "lyrics Thursday" will turn up all sorts of bad ones.

No running here today, just a bit of core work instead.

30 min walk and 20 min yoga. Tomorrow I will walk to the gym and do weights. Unless I am called to work

Ran with a couple of girls just as dark was falling in the forest. Our route was pretty icy still so it was slow going. We did about 6km and then went to the pub to meet some others and "watch" the Kneeknacker lottery results come out (via facebook). It was a fun night and 3 of the 7 of us got in, which is right about what the odds would say (45%).

Now I have to train. Five months to get to 30 miles.
