15 min yoga and 30 min core work. Tried a class called cxworx

13k which included 6 hill repeats. So treacherous out there still with all the ice and lumpy frozen snow

The usual 14K loop, spiced up by a couple 5 minute tempo surges when I ran through a pack of high-school phys-ed students.

3 miles on the TM and 30 mins of weight training.

5K for me, including some really tough slipping, sliding and slogging through about a foot of loose snow for a couple of KMs.
