(there are things today but they involve fairies and such...)

14K at sunrise with 15x30s strides, -8 WC -16 let the puddles freeze solid.

Decided to break the monotony of doing 6x800 for the past few months so today did 5x1000.

Up to 27 minutes run/walk. It was +5 today; tomorrow the high is supposed to be only -15. :evil:
