International Goof-off Day Wednesday

Another early morning 14K. While I don't feel very fit yet, the better footing is bringing my easy pace back into its usual spot.

Temperature is beautiful today @17C, but that crazy wind! Gusting to 60's and 70's.
I stayed inside on the treadmill. 10.8k done

No goof-off here...ran 10K with the group tonight. Even included some hills. Was great to be running in the evening and in daylight for the first time.

This day was made for me. Unfortunately my ART guy told me that there was to be NO goofing-off today. :cry:
