Foxy Thursday

Postby ian » Thu Mar 23, 2017 9:24 am

I had a rare fox sighting this morning when one trotted across the trail about twenty feet in front of me. Gentle 14K done in the fog.

Very cool! I think in all my years of running I've come across 2.

I'm sure hope my husband considers me a silver fox, but I didn't feel very foxy after a very windy and hilly 34k. More like a drowned rat.

There were some foxes on the seawall today. 5.8k tempo run. Time to slowly work in a second speed work session per week.

No run today but I did 5 times 5 flights of stairs at work and then my strength & stretch routine at home. No foxes in the basement that I could see.
