Practice Monday

This morning a few people ran the 10k race route we're signed up for in a few weeks. Only 1 hill to worry about, the rest is flat.

Nice 5K run in shorts and singlet...24 degrees. Yes, plus 24.

Yes it was toasty here (22 degrees, up from 2 degrees on Saturday). I was hot running, not used to that. Easy 35 minutes in the 'hood.

6kms here in Redcliff. Another t-shirt and shorts day for my afternoon run.

Doing the Rattler Run! You should sign up, although you missed the lower price it's still really reasonable.

I have already signed up for that. I am running the Spring Trio in Calgary on the 23rd of April. I am running the 15km.
