8k with 8x400m repeats. First speedwork in a while. Strength work as well

Echoing the speedwork...ran up to the track this evening and did 5 times 850m (middle lane!), with 425m recovery and then back for coffee with the rest of the group. First time this year and won't be the last.
No car shopping but I did load my Summer tires into the car ready for tomorrow morning's tire swap.

Speed work seems to be the theme today! I went to the track too for 4 x 4 min (each were about 800m for 5:00/km) with 2 min recovery. I'll take it- for now. :)
