Middle of the week Wednesday.

7km at roughly a 6.30 per km pace. Incredible spring weather. Shorts and a t-shirt again.

8K for me after work. It poured on and off all day so I was expecting to get soaked, but it didn't rain a drop when I was out running, LOL. Should've left the jacket at home, it would've been far more comfy!

10K with the group tonight. Fastest run in many a month. And confirmed last night that I will be running on a team in the Cabot Trail Relay in May. My 21st time down there since 1989....
