Meandering Monday
Meandering Monday
My legs felt pretty tired today. 8.3k easy was enough for me, especially with LTR tonight.
I wanna live like there's no tomorrow

Re: Meandering Monday
No meandering for me. It was a coolish morning so I did more like tempo pace for 8.2 miles.

Overhead squats today, up to a heavy single of 155#. Still need to work on shoulder stability overhead, but hip and shoulder mobility is coming along nicely.
Still feeling my legs for my second run in forever on Saturday, 9km of humility.

Tired legs is the theme today...me too. Managed a tempo-ish 5K on the TM. Would have been washed away if I had tried running outside. Who is this Ironboy dude...did you suddenly remember your log-in password?

6km run outside.
As I was running, I was trying to figure out why I was paying income tax this year. I usually do it late since I always get money back. I did my rough income tax copy this afternoon. But for some strange reason, this year I was paying. During my run, I realized where I went wrong. Now, I am getting back enough for another pair of running shoes.

Actually, I had to request a password reset. I think my last login was in 2015 and the never ending thread was only at 10138 pages.

I was serious in the other thread, I made my squash soup and was looking up what spices others had used, then I was going to post about it but couldn't log in!
