Had an appointment on the other side of town. 20k cycling round trip today.

R1.5/w2 today. Leg is still a little achy but getting better. So annoying

Recovered well from the race so went out for 8k at lunch.

Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

Had an appointment on the other side of the basement and spent 30 minutes on the rowing machine but still didn't make it across.
