Hot Water Tank Thursday

Yes, today that's a thing- in our house anyway.

10K with a friend this morning.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

Rest day from running but baking 3 pies and one apple crisp has me cleaning my oven. I might make cinnamon buns also, but first, coffee in the sun on my deck.

4km in my Salomon's. I have just hit 500kms on them. There is still a lot of tread left on them, so I think I can get a few more kms out of them. Until my next trip to Calgary, I will hit Gord's Running Store . I like my Salomon S-Lab Sense 3 SG. I think they are up to a Sense 6 now.

Track interval workout - 12 x 400m alternating - quickish and recovery. 5.4k in 35 minutes. Last track interval of this training cycle.

I tweeked my hamstring on Sunday and it started complaining for the last couple of laps.
