Early Thursday

Early for me. Up and out the door before 6:00am for 20k. It going to be another hot day so I'm glad I'm done.

I woke up before the alarm and thought about running first thing but stayed in bed. Got in a 12k run with 9k at tempo pace at lunch.

Nice easy 6k loop, I may be fitter than usual, I didn't complain on the back half which is all gradually uphill :)

Probably my last run before Sunday's marathon in San Diego - I guess I'm ready ... if my knees and hips cooperate.
