Super Sunny Saturday

9.2k with some of run club. We tried to stay down by the river in the trees as much as possible.
A bit sad though as search & rescue is searching for a body of a young person swept away in the river.

Oh Habs that is very sad!

11K done this morning. Overcast but dry.
On the books for 2017:
50th Birthday!!
Boston Marathon- April 17th what a day- DREAM COME TRUE :dance:
Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED
MEC 10K Race 10- Nov. 5

4km fast easy pace before 10 X 1 min anaerobic intervals.

10km race in Brooks, Ab. Very low turnout. Someone told me people don't run in Brooks, how sad. It was for a good cause, the SPCA.
