Rode my bike to work. Plan on a quick 5K after work.

Over 9k this morning on mostly trails. My Garmin shorted me and said about 8.5k. I must have lost connection for a bit.

9K on the trails after a morning game of golf. Stopped for a breather from the heat and darn near got picked up and carried away by mosquitos, LOL!

I ran 6km in the heat. One of the few times I thought I should be carrying a water bottle. I stopped at the campground and threw some water in my face, I was good to go. I come home, what do I do? I grabbed a coffee instead. :)

8.75K on a nice warm & sunny evening. Body was not co-operating but that's OK right now.

7.2k with Stampie and his Fit First running crew. Half the gang was doing 10kl but that just felt too ambitious on legs still tired from Sunday. 7k was definitely all I could manage.
