11K for me in the greenbelt early this morning. We had a fair amount of rain last night, so there were a number of mud patches and some slick stuff. Mosquitos were also horrific at times, LOL.

14.5K on the trails this morning, consisting of 10K running and 4.5K walking. Really humid and the mosquitoes would cover you if you stopped for 1 second.

Haven't run in weeks, but I spent Saturday in the mountains, at a mountain navigation course (map and compass stuff). It was really good, because I'm so dependent on my GPS... this was all about learning the skills for what to do without a GPS... we spent the day practicing locating ourselves, plotting routes, moving to a new location, locating ourselves again, identifying mountains, etc. It was really fun and good skills to learn. Now I know how to locate myself without the GPS... and I need to go buy myself a proper compass and map so I can keep practicing (I just borrowed the class ones for the weekend).
