The Thursday blahs?

I run a short 4kms. I had to convince myself to hit the road. Once it was done it felt great. Now for a chest and triceps workout.

Got out earlier today for 13km easy run. It wasn't too hot today so that was nice.

I had a nice 5.5k run in the woods. Not really "blah," just kind of mellow.

13K for me in a steady rain, puddles and muddy trails. It was actually one of my better feeling runs in a while. Nice pacing, legs felt great and cooler temps.
