(Not so) Melting Monday

Postby Habs4ever » Mon Jul 10, 2017 3:28 pm

Cooling down to a high of 30 today which is still hot, not just as hot as 35-37. We have strong winds from the NW so I think we may be getting some BC smoke, although I can't be sure. I still stayed in on the treadmill, I just don't do well with faster running and heat (and now maybe smoke). 16k done which included 3x2 miles at faster than RP.

I ran 5km and it sucked. Slow and felt crappy. It's not nearly as warm here today either, as it's overcast and breezy.

4km around the campsite with Jake on his bike.

A little over 5k today. It was only 24 degrees, but oh so muggy...
