Yup, muggy here, too (it said 100% humidity on the weather channel). Ran a sluggish 5¼ in the woods today.

16k inside because of a smoke warning from the BC fires.

Really humid here too, up over 90% when I went out around 7:30 or so. Not sure what the temperature was, but the humidex would've been over 30 for sure. At least the sun was going down so it wasn't as bad as it could've been.

Nice and easy 8K done.

our skies are starting to get hazy here too... it's getting noticeable, so I assume that's from the interior fires too. :(

I almost didn't get out today. Tired, moody, discouraged, headachey. Finally laid down for a nap at 5pm and napped until 6, still felt crappy, then told myself that if I bussed up to Lynn Valley for a run I could stop for wine on the way back (there is a BC Liquor store at Lynn Valley Centre) so that was what I needed to get out the door. :P I went up and managed 8km. It was less sucky than Saturday because it was later in the day so not as hot, but I still felt crappy and still took walk breaks, but ran a lot more than the last one. And there was a nice downhill in the last mile that *almost* felt good. And I got just up into the forest far enough to feel the earth under my feet, which I needed.
