Finally Friday . . .

First day of some holidays for me, and I hit the road for 13K this morning before it got too hot. Still a bit steamy with the humidity, especially near the end as things were warming up, but nowhere near as bad as last night, LOL.

6km, then an hour coffee break, 10km the long way home. It was hard to get going after the stop.

I did a 10k run commute this morning. I need to plan better as I ended up running with more than I wanted to in my backpack. It's mostly uphill for the first 6.5k but overall a good run.
