I'm at my parents, a log cabin in the woods and the bugs are healthy this year

R/W 1:1.5 outside today without problems

Not a run today but a hike, about 8km, up BCMC and then continuing up to Dam mountain, and back down to the chalet and then I took the tram down. Gorgeous day, though the flies (yes Mosquito sunday!) at the top were pretty bad. I don't think I got bitten too much, though maybe I just haven't noticed yet because I'm caked in mud and sweat.

Ascended 1036m in a little over 5km so I'll call that a good day. :)
